BI has supported the global evaluation of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s re-organisation reform of 2008 REO and management system. The support has included both stakeholder dialogue facilitation and staff surveys.

With over 4,500 members, the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) is in a key position to stear the sector towards a more sustainable path. With support from Beyond Intent, SCAE is aligning its sustainability initiatives into a sustainability programme targeting member engagement, knowledge sharing and development projects to address the most significant sustainability challenges for coffee.

How compliance with voluntary private sustainability standards can assist in developing quality and help provide access to global markets, but also generate growth and enhance company profitability. BI participated in a panel on private sustainability standards and trade at the National Quality Conclave in Dehli on 20 August.

The National Board of Trade (Kommerskollegium) have conducted a public inquiry mapping relevant connotations between aspects of social sustainability and international trade. BI was tasked to provide quality assurance for the NBT report.
